Ox Luxe offers an exclusive Charge-on-Delivery Service where our merchandiser brings the products you are interested in to your location of choice (i.e. home, office) for you to have a final look before deciding to make the purchase. This service is only available for Singapore.

You may request to see a maximum of 3 items per visit. The total value of the item(s) has to be $5,000 and above. A deposit of $100 has to be placed to secure the viewing appointment. Your item(s) will be reserved for a maximum of 3 business days after the appointment is made.

You may make an appointment by filling up the form below and we will contact you or WhatsApp us at 8946-9259 . Viewing is only available on Mon - Fri, 10am - 7pm, excluding Public Holiday.

If you decide not to purchase the item, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit to your original payment method.
We do not accept any returns and refunds after you make the purchase.
